Appointments can be made in person, via message or using FRESHA, All appointments must be confirmed via FRESHA no later than 48 hours after booking, if this doesn’t happen the system will automatically offer it to clients on the waiting list meaning you will have lost your appointment slot.
Cancellations & rescheduling must be made 48 hours or more. Deposits, booking fees and course payments are non-refundable, you can reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking. If you are unable to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment. If you do not attend an appointment, arrive late or cancel less than 48 hours before and have a course booked, you will forefeit that treatment.
Booking fee amount will be taken off your final balance on the day of treatment.
