What happens if I miss a payment?
If a payment is missed, membership treatments are paused until the account is brought up to date. Please contact us early if you anticipate any difficulty.
What if I’m not medically suitable for a treatment?
Your safety comes first. If a treatment is not clinically appropriate at the time of your appointment, it will not be carried out. A suitable alternative may be offered or the session deferred.
Can I pause my membership?
Memberships may be paused for medical reasons or significant personal circumstances. All requests are reviewed on an individual basis.
Are membership payments refundable?
